Morning everyone, today is D-day, back on the diet, not going to let myself get miserable and chomp everything in sight through a lack of self-control. I'm hoping that I will take normal painkillers today and will go for a nice sauna at lunchtime to help me avoid mooching around the shops like I did yesterday....it was the start of the end for me, lol.

Trying to feel positive! I feel an early night with good telly will be needed...
