Me too, please! Not had the greatest week, getting weighed tomorrow night. Don't expect to have lost anything as I had an add a meal week but took that a bit far at the weekend and had a roast dinner, pringles, a bottle of rose and some raspberry sambuca  But, found out today a colleague has got some tickets to the X-factor live show at the end of March in Cardiff and we're staying overnight, so want to lose as much as poss by then. Good luck everyone!

I'll do Monday mornings as well (although I really weigh myself every day as I'm obsessed, lol). Lost 3lb yesterday, the restart after the back flare up, so was quite happy with that :) Monday is also 1st March so works really well for the challenge. Let's hope we can all beat it!

Piratess, I say so to the interview- you have nothing to lose. Didn't I read somewhere that in your current job you hurt your back because of lifting when you should have had a man to help you Or was that Kittikins? (forgive me, after 3 kids my brain is a sieve) If thats the case, then don't feel bad about about looking elsewhere.

My weigh in day is Monday too,so thats great. Great to hear everyone is getting atleast 2 litres of water. Het thats a a fantastic start.

I spoke to the nurse today, asked her about ketogenic diets- as most of my friends are very unsportive. (You've lost a lot of mucle- you can't have lost 2 stone in 6 weeks!) Anyway she was very positive, and said there is nothing to worry about. That the risk of health problems being fat totally out weigh the possible health problems of a ketogenic diet. So DH is much more re assured.

  • Keep going ladies, you can do it!

If my friend can do it, anyone can. She started the Cambidge a couple of years ago and had A LOT of weight to lose. She's now a lovely slim shape and is also keeping it that way and has been for quite a while. I so admire her determination. The meal-replacement thingys sound quite appetising and those shake-things come in what sounds like really delicious flavours. I rather fancy some of them even though I'm not currently a dieter. What are the soups like?

Hi BaT, I'm doing LL and the soups are divine, and according to those in the know, the CD ones are even nicer!! (I can't believe it, but apparently so.... :) )

Just back from a sauna, going to help myself by sweating the pounds off, lol and just opened my second 2l bottle of sparkly water.

Really pleased to read a nurse saying about the benefits of a ketogenic diet, I was a little bit worried with my stupid back (I'm just rubbish, no heavy lifting for me at work thank goodness!) that perhaps I was losing weight too quickly for my body to cope with, but I shall stop thinking that and enjoy putting clothes on that start with a 1 in the size rather than a 2 :)
