  • DUNCAN - thanking you, tracker received and just about to update info :T

PIRATEES - Thank you also....lets get these 5 stone shifted together
  • Whilst this feels like a long time, and its a harsh regime.

If you were on a conventional calorie counting diet averaging 2lb a week it would take you 35 weeks to shift 5 stone!

A thought to bear in mind that I thought of and posted a while ago on the thread.

If you average 1 stone per month, thats approx 3.5lbs per week, so half a pound a day each time you complete a 100% er.

    Half a pound every day.

So, if you cheat a little, you will not lose your half a pound.
If you cheat a lot, not only will you not lose your half a pound you will put on that half a pound you worked so hard to lose yesterday.

So Half a Pound Off or Half on,
    Half Off - Half on

Keep thinking as you reach in the fridge!!!!
  • Day 11 now and still feel tired and hungry. BUT the scales have gone the right way and I'm on my way to a stone now - which is brill! Last year I lost the same stone twice despite killing myself in the gym and never got down to the 12 stones but I'm right there now, any day I'll hit them!

I too have been getting quite worried about the weeks I'm due to spend on CD. For most of it I'm ok with not eating and drinking but there are a few nights out coming up and I have been craving steak. 10 more weeks seems like a long, long time right now. I really like the half pound off per day reasoning - that should keep me out of the fridge!

I spend a lot of my time trying to rationalise the hunger (the steak will be there when I'm thinner but if I eat it I'll still have the fat) and whether it's just cravings or real hunger (would I eat liver?). Thanks for the honesty from those who have strayed, well done to getting back on it.

11 days until they take my wedding dress measurements - that's my motivation - I'm sure you all have your own - keep going everyone!
  • Duncan - got the tracker, thanks! Hopefully will see a difference after my WI on Wednesday. It is TOTM so bit worried about how much of an impact that will have - I need a big loss to motivate me...
