Cambridge Diet part II

Hello people:D. I've been away for a few days but I'm back now, although have to go away again in a day or so.....have coped ok, stick still pink:o. Yup, just under the 4 stone to go Pap, think I was born heavier than that! Seems like an impossible dream, can't visualise what it would / will be like..........anyway, good on you for getting in touch with the new cdc.
I'm doing ss+ herewegoagain, the little meal is wonderful, plus it means that I can sort of socialise!! (mind you, lets wait and see next week:rolleyes:!)
Keep going guys:T:T:T xxxx0 -
herewegoagain ~ I have only done ss+ for one wek and my losses stayed the same. However over a long period they say its about 2/3lbs less in a month than you will lose on SS. But to be honest if you excercised once for about an hour per week I am sure you will lose the same as if you were on SS. By this I mean a long walk/excercise dvd not a full blown gym work out. If it helps you stay ontrack then I think SS+ or even 810 is the way to go. Let us know how you get on with either plan ~ good luck
Hunbun ~ Woo hoo at staying pink while away, how fab are youOhh 4 stone is just under 4 months if you followed plan to 100%. I am unsure what you are doing for christmas but I think it will be fab if you can get to goal in 4 months. Its about teh same as me if you factor in the 're-feed/maintance plan'. We will do this definately :j I cant visulise either, even now I have never 'seen' this body before. I always say when you have been thin/'normal' before you know what you are aiming for when you have never been there its like going into the unkown
Have a great week too... whens weigh in?
Take care all, keep plodding :T0 -
Thank for you the reply postingalwaysposting. I just think for me personally at the moment SS+ is going to be easier for me to stick too. I'm constantly busy at the moment which should really help, but i find i get the munchies in the evenings when i get back from my second job so i tend to grab whatever is too hand...or from the shop! so thought at least if i have a planned meal it will help...am sure my doggy will be pleased with the thought of extra exercise, shes always wanting to be out and about ! i think if it is only 2/3 lb less a month with SS+, its worth giving it a go !!! day 3 today anyways, had my + meal last night half chicken/half cottage cheese allowance with lettuce, mushroom, cucumber and green pepper (all in a small lunchbox so i can control portion sizes!) heres looking forward to weigh-in next week !0

Hi
Can I join you please? I used to contribute to the Part 1 thread but I'm afraid I fell off the wagon (more than once). I am seeing my CDC on Wednesday but have enough products left to start today, so that's what I'm doing, no time like the present!
I haven't put loads of weight on since I stopped, I weigh about the same. That sounds good but really it's pathetic because I've been a fully paid up member of WW ever since.:rotfl: Just can't seem to stick to anything. I really am going to give this my best shot & thinking about my past failures on CD I will maybe discuss the 810 plan with my CDC.
Any other re-starters out there?0 -
Well, went away again and now i'm not pink:rolleyes:...weigh in tomorrow, my scales are dodgy so I cant even judge on there. I am struggling with getting back on track fully, even though I have been as good as I could and avoided all carbs and alcohol, so.........we'll see tomorrow but its nice in a way to be able to regain control again. I'd like to see a loss, however its not the end of the world and it would have been easy to have put off starting given I knew I had more or less 2 weeks away booked.......
So have we all had a good weekend then?xx

herewegoagain ~ If ss+ will mean you will stay on the diet then ss+ it has to be. You are in no ay hindered because you are doing that step its all one in the same. It will just be more reasier for you to 're-feed' at maintaince etc. My CDC sometimes asks me why I havent done ss+ and for me I wanted something radical and havinga meal at night wouldnt have helped me mentaly. However if it work for you good luck
inspiremetosave ~ Thanks for the offer, they are no good to me sadly as I dont have soups/like vanilla. I hope you find a home for them soon.
Keywee ~ Welcome back to the CD thread. Good luck on yor next part of your journey. As long as you havent put on weight I would declare that a sucess. Well done getting back on asap, I guess it helps with your motivation. Hope you have a fab meeting on Wednesday. Let us know how you get on
hunbun ~ So sorry you have been kicked out of ketosis. Did you have a nice time away though? Hope tommorow isnt too bad and as you say as long as you get back to it 100% :T i think you did the right thing starting when you did a it got you ready for now wahen you will hopefully be 100% for long periods of time. Have a great week
I have been ok, have gotten a cold over the weekend though so feeling under the weather. Didnt know if we could have tunes and stuf because they contain calories but I have because I fill so bad. I just hope it doent show on the scales :eek:0 -
