keep up the great work, you're a real inspiration babes!

i am having a CD week, as have crept up from 11st 8 to 11st 12 this past couple of week, altho i think i am due a period... my eating habits have been atrotious and am eating like a horse! so just gonna drink water like no tomorrow, slurp some shakes and hope to lose 4-5lbs this week.... it helps of course that i have left over packs to use up and no money to spend on lunches so CD is in effect saving me money this week... ever MSE!!

Ok this is scary but just for you. Please post 'thanks' after you have seen them so I can deleate the post.

Ok I am wearing the exact same clothes, the only differance is the shoes. The fist pics I was wearing my trainers and the latter my crocs. The 'midway' ie second pics I should have been wearing an 18 trousers as they fit but I didnt want to.

The starting pics were taken on the 3/5/09 weighing 249lb. The second pics 'midway pics' were taken 9/8/09 weighing 204lb. So thats 45lbs shed in then 13 weeks. Since the pics I have lost a further few pounds.... So here goes.

    *pics removed, sorry all*

:shhh: you, if you hadnt given me the pep talks and the confidence to see my CDC I would never have got there. Dont forget you were the strat of the wave, and I cant thank you enough.

The belly thing was the thing I hated most, oh and the 'mini belly' just below my boobs. Its all but gone now. I still have a beer belly though but I dont think that ever will go.

I would do but my posture/figure/clothes are too unique to me I will be instantly reconised :( When I get to semi goal and then goal I will leave those up though :T

Heres to the next 60lbs+
