1.6 USD to the GBP is probably a fair and equal rate, would love for it to be back to 2.0 though!

The "experts" don't have a clue either. It normally does the opposite of what they say!

Well I wanted to work. I refuse to accept the US is no longer a part of the British Empire.
On many times I've wound up over excitable yanks by telling them the US is still pink on all school taught geography books. Indicating they are still in the empire. Poor little sausages fall for it too

So I will get $8054 from my £5000.

Looks like the rate has improved a little bit but still happy at 1.6108
