  • Sounds like a good one to me! I love the west coast!
I'm going to Mexico in April, probably Palm Springs to golf in September then a couple of trips to Vegas in between I dare say...

How is your handicap in the states comparing to what you had over here?

I've not played for about 2 months! The winters are pretty harsh. I dare say I'm deteriorating as we speak : )

Went to the driving range last week. Hitting the ball very well and itching to get back out. Especially since i treated myself to an OnPar GPS system... yum yum

I'm getting probably less over here than when i was in the UK (salary about the same but no company car). I've been away from home for the majority of the last 4 months (on site in LA) on per diem. Get $64 / day to pay for food. Very rarely spend more than $30 so the difference goes on Golf GPS systems and in to the "pool table" fund!

Oh, and i never sold my house in the UK. The soon to be "ex" is living in it. But that's old news now...

Anyway glad to see your doing well in the states, how long you been away now? Must be the best guts of a year anyway.

    No worries.

April 28th was the date I arrived! Love it over here. Saying that I'm flying home tomorrow to spend some time with my family. Looking forward to it immensely... Especially the nice big US airways business class seats :)
