Hi all,
Not sure who it was who mentioned a walk by the river, but I took inspiration and had a walk along the Thames and then sat and read for a couple of hours. Feet a bit sore but had a lovely afternoon. So thank you.

Evening ladies.
We've had a lovely day in the garden today, DH got the grass cut and scarified a particularly mossy patch until the green bin was full.
I changed all the beds and got two loads of bedding washed and line dried, along with 3 loads of clothes,
We also had a BBQ so ate outside so a bit less mess inside for a change.
Weather has been beautiful, and we felt we made the most of it. I am looking forward to the new list this week. I am going to try my best to participate with it being half term and all. DS2 has got to have some vaccinations on Wednesday, and i have a ton of school work to do, so i'll see how i go but some stars would be lovely seems though i have never had any
I am feeling particularly motivated as we have had an unexpected windfall from the ILs to help do up the remaining bits of the house that need it. It was really unexpected, and we are trying to plan to do it in the school summer hols as then it will be least disruption. So i need to be tidier to have people round to do us a quote.
