Hey, what's a doughnut or two between friends ;)

Re the money - it is about getting the balance right. You rarely get to see OH family so it is right that you relax a little when they are here. As you say, you can still be careful, just not watching every penny. What difference will it really make if your DFD is back a little, when you know it is for very good reasons.

I have decided to have a second light bulb moment, but this time it is regarding my weight. I am just looking at my wii fit and am going to add my BMI results to my diary. I would like to update it weekly so if I go longer than that please give me a kick to post an update. If anyone else wants to confess all please feel free to post yours too!

Hi Lunar - Congrats on your bmi progress.:T I think you are making the right decision about treats and your OH's parents visit....

my BMI has dropped this week from 35.5 to more like 34.5 so that is something at least. Sadly it was partly due to a tummy bug - so just hoping I can capitalise on it now and keep it off! I have decided to use the wii fit as a cheap way of getting fit.... I've got the kids to join in as well which is good.

The pic was just as I was trying to figure out how to post photos, it only took me an hour!

Well done on your weight loss SH, I hope you are able to make the most of your tummy bug!

MIT, get on the wii and post your BMI, we can motivate each other again.

Todays update is only a small loss but at least it is in the right direction!

hi lunar - have you done any more on the wii?

I have just done another 22 minutes plus 2 body tests and my wii fit age today was 32 for the first time (less than my real age by 7)! I have also dropped a pound in weight and my bmi today was 34.33
