Hello
Where can I get a big green pig0 -
Hi,
Just wanted to add that I've joined in. I got an big orangy yellow pig, called Apollo, who sits on my kitchen table and looks at us as we walk past (just need to do a speech bubble to stick on him). I empty my purse of all coppers and 5p's when I get home so he'll be fed with those, and the odd £15 when we don't order a takeaway but cook some of the copious amounts of food we have in the house instead.
I also got an smaller elephant who sits in my office drawer and looks at me when I open the drawer to get money out for chocolate. He's called Mr Elephant to reflect his status as guardian of both my money and my attempted weight loss.
Whilst I have other debts to clear first Apollo is still known as our mortgage pig.
Thanks to the OP for this great idea.:TNil Illegitimi desperandum carborundum

hi, just wanted to say what a great idea this is, i am hunting out my old piggy bank, love the idea of a raffle to give him a name, think may be greedy and charge the kids fifty pence as there's only four of us, i'm new to posting although i have been reading the forums for ages"Don't go where the path may lead,go where there is no path and leave a trail"Anthony Robbins0

I'm inspired................
.......I'm off to buy a load of pigs to sell on EbaySometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...0 -

No idea.
Sorry....I know that's no help to you at all. I got Herman 2 or 3 years ago during a trip to Edinburgh. (A shop in Cameron Toll shopping centre if I recall correctly.)
I'll try to do some digging and see if I can make any better suggestions in a day or so.Herman - MP for all!0 -

I don't have a strict routine as such, personally I tend to go by weight sometimes. If Herman feels heavy then I'll count up and pay in, if not then I'll leave him a bit longer.

You could easily use that, slinky.
But.............

Happy saving.
Of course saving in anything is better than not saving at all.Herman - MP for all!0
