    Hi

Does anyone know if the R&R policy applies to on-line orders? As I have had a few misprices lately and when I e-mailed Tesco they just refunded me the difference in price, when I queried it they said the R&R policy was only for instore shopping.

Just wondered if they were trying to fob me off or if this is genuine. Thanks

Dude - unfortuntely it does not - all you can do is e-mail CS - which I usually have to do every week with my on-line shop!

    I've been Money Tipped!
Just wanted to thank Hokers for the bendicks chocs spot.

Wanted some boxed chocs for pressies...would have bought these anyway as I like them(have you tried the gordon ramsey ones...they ming!) but by picking them up from the easter egg aisle and not the chocs aisle i got them R+R as SEL was still the yellow one.

Come on people! Where'd all the arguments go? This thread had moved from topical and informative to random but hilarious! Go on, someone say something about people who take more than one item being thieves!!

(It is after all, not only a conspiracy, but the MOST IMPORTANT THING ON THIS PLANET!!!!)

*sits back, sips tea and waits for hilarity to ensue*

Could a moderator please go through the 'misprice only' thread and delete all the posts which are just general chit chat please?
A bargain is only a bargain if you would have brought it anyway!

I'm not sure they'd have time for that. Moderating is a thankless task at the best of times.
And it's "would have bought" ;)
    Can I help?
