I think I have bad luck then, I always get transferred to the overseas call centres I have been with c1 for almost 18 months and not once have i spoken to a person in UK, lol

Ive been to the overseas call centres a couple of times. Obviously with the language thing and my accent it was a bit difficult but they were friendly. Ive certainly had a lot worse.

I like a challenge though. Plus everytime I have phoned them, except the once when I spoke to the geordie guy from UK, I have spoke to a woman. I prefer speaking to women on the phone.

I'm completely anti-social. I hate speaking on the phone :o. Give me an on-line option every time .

    lol, thats like me

    Question- (back to the topic)

Whats the point of Vanquis asking me to send in a current bank statement if its not going to make a difference to the application? If its a no then they dont need my statement, but if its a conditional accept, I can understand why they are asking for my bank statement but the three different people I have spoken to have said an application has not even started which i think is a lie. From the time they did they credit search, they should have had a decision because if they do another search, I will scream, lol

You sound like one of those customers that i try and get off the phone but they want to continue talking, lol

Its not a problem for me but it is when my boss is looking at me because he wants to go and and im still chatting on the phone 2 hours after the branch has closed.

I dont mind talking to customers, had this depressed customer once, he was so lovely, and we talked about pigeons for an hour. You could tell he didnt leave his house much but he wanted to talk and i let him, bless him
