Schools.. my youngest son has been to FOUR of them.. Expelled from each _pale_ .. (my other 2 are 'Super students') The one in town was the one up by the Fire Station (opposite the cemetery) .. He doesn't go to school now.. (for now anyway) He goes to a special place in town near the Catholic School (its hidden from the road, and most people don't even know its there)

and here I sit.. last day of my holiday.. (well I still have the weekend too) ..
Waiting.. waiting.. waiting.. for the postie to arrive.

When he came yesterday.. (little town.. I know him well) .. He said.. (digging around in his bag) .. 'There is quite a lot here' .. I said.. 'Hmmm.. yeah.. and it may get a lot more'

I often think.. he MUST know something is up.. Because every month he saw me get a HEEEEEAP of 'statements' .. and he bought me package after package of things I have ordered over the years.

He must at least have thought.. 'Lummy!.. she has a shed load of creditors' ..

I just hope I don't end up getting any of the (lurrrvely) DCA 'Postcards' I've heard about..

The lady (whom I know very well) at my little Post Office must know something is up too... The amount of times I have gone in with heaps of 'recorded delivery' letters.. and all with creditor names and 'Collections/Debt Department' stuff written on them

I've got to the point with her now.. where if its just one or two 'recorded delivery' letters, then I take them there. If its more than that.. (like sending something to all 12 creditors _pale_) .. I take it to the 'big' Post Office 7 miles away.

I'm FINALLY going to pull my finger out and do a mass listing on Ebay today. I'm sooo rusty and out of practise with it. I haven't used it (to sell) for years.. :rolleyes: I have loooads of things I could getrid of.. Maybe nothing worth very much on its own.. but a fair bit combined. (hopefully!)

Well, I heard back from another creditor.. (CHT) (in response to my reduced payments etc)

A 'friendly' letter.
Saying the contents of my (SECOND!) letter had been noted.

(BUT) That they can only accept my reduced payments offer, if it is made in line with a Debt management Plan. (HELLO?! It was!)

That my account will be on hold for 14days, for me to contact them further regarding the Debt management company I am using. (im not, but I do have a PP customer number, that I already gave them.. Just to look better . and I let them know I have taken advice from PP and NDL, which I have)

Soooo.. I'm not sure what to say to them next .. (because I know I don't have to go through a Debt management comp) .. hmmmmmm.

I just wrote another letter to Hitachi Capital.. (they are not nice, and they are not friendly, and they are not helpful)

I am sending my payment to them each month (as nowhere can I find ANY thing to set up a SO for them each month) and nor will they give me any method of paying them.. :mad: (I am keeping all letters and proofs that I AM trying to make payments to them each month)

Also I asked them one more time (again again) to reconsider my offer.. or to default my account & pass me to a DCA as my circs are not likely to change for the foreseeable future.

I also just fired off my last CCA request. (not sure why really.. I just like to think I am forewarned/armed.. in case anyone should get super nasty somewhere down the line.

I have also just written a follow up letter to a CCA reply I got from one of my creditors.. That only sent me 2 sheets of T&Cs (almost unreadable) .. and nothing at all showing my name address.. any date.. signature .. nothing.

Not that I neeeed this CCA.. I just want what I asked for.. and not be fobbed off with 2 sheets of meaningless kr@p ..

Anyhoooo.. I'm off to town.. (and am planning on parking further out and walking in, so I don't pay a car park ticket charge).. :rotfl:
