Well I'm very unhappy with this site. They owe me around 1500 points from surveys going wrong, which equates to several hours of my time. I have complained and received no reply.
I would say that anyone new to surveys should give this one a miss! It's not worth the headaches.
I'm very fond of Opinion Outpost for surveys, and recommend them highly.

.... and now I have heard back from their support team. They are going to credit me with all of my points within the next 7 - 10 days.
Looks like I might have been a little premature in complaining on here.
I will keep using them, but will be keeping a log of the survey numbers in case of future problems.
  • At first I thought it was a mistake but then I read many others with similar stories on their Facebook page. I'm sad to say that I think MySurvey either deliberately or out of sheer incompetence refuse to give the points people have earned. Some people report being struck off by MySurvey for no reason and losing all their accumulated points.

In my circumstance I did a survey over 4 hours a couple of months ago. I received confirmation of my survey and that I would receive 1500 points, about £15, within seven to ten days. After a few weeks I started to send emails to 'Emma' asking for my points. She replied saying I would not be paid as they hadn't received my surveys. However, the same day, someone in their technical department also replied to me and 'Emma', stating I would receive the points as they had got my survey results.

Still no points received however and no response to my follow-up emails.
  • I've only recently been filling in surveys to try boost income (why I didn't do this before I do not know) and I've found My Surveys and a combination of Nectar Canvass/ Myvouchers pretty lucrative. Since mid July I've earned £65 quid as there was a couple of mega points 3 hour surveys that I took part in. I find it particularly easy to build up to 1100 points, which gets you a £10 Amazon voucher. I've redeemed £50 in Amazon vouchers and £15 cash via paypal. It sounds like they might begin to peter out. Strongly recommend the nectar - I've been notching up around £20 per month from that source too. I did try with YouGov but seems like an age until you get anything....
  • Oilspill - I had same - filled in that epic three hour survey and zilch points and this had happened previously. Sent a very shirty email and was sorted pronto!

If you don't mind, please could you let me know roughly what you said in the e'mail, and what e'mail address, as I have sent numerous e'mails to emma in the past few weeks, and complained through their 'contact us' as I have not received the 1500pts, and have not had the decency of the reply. Totally lost faith in them now, as at one time at least emma replied saying it was being looked into.

Has the MySurvey website been hacked ?

Clicking the link in an email to do a survey takes me to a plain page with "news headlines" on it.

Using my bookmarked link to login, this comes up with an error message

I'm disappointed that MSE endorses MySurvey: it was on that basis that I gave it a go.
From my experience of this site, I'd say: completing surveys is one thing; actually getting any points for them is another. So, AVOID!
If in doubt, check the user reviews for it at: sitejabber, reviewopedia, uk.trustpilot, surveypolice and getpaidsurveys.

I joined the UK.MySurvey a couple of months ago, again it was OK for a few weeks. The biggest problem I have is the site itself - its so slow. It can sometimes take about 10 minutes just to log on, then another long wait when clicking on a survey to do. Sometimes the wait is so long, or even just moving around the site can cause it to just sign me out of the site altogether. maybe its a site problem or just traffic, i don't know, but it gets frustrating.
