Just joined a few days ago but having trouble with my account. I get the message to say 'your account is inactive' please contact us.
I have e-mailed them several times and they just come back with 'there must be an error in your info' and then they close my query. I have asked several times for them to fix it but to no avail they just come back with the same reply.
Seems strange when I filled everything in correctly and nothing was wrong at first.
Anyone else having trouble with Mysurvey???Blogging and earning online.

Yes I am on the correct site still no luck and still inactive account and the admin aren't any help just come back with a standard message about something not being correct.
Invite only it says on their site and I signed up through topcashback so maybe that is the problem and they don't require any more members.
Inactive is useless though they should just delete my account if it can't be used rather than keeping it inactive which is what they are doing. I asked them to delete it and get rid of my info and they have refused.
Just not very good at their support at all. No interest in telling me what exactly is wrong.Blogging and earning online.

Just another thought. did you receive an email from them to activate your account? Maybe your e mail address hasn't got verified properly.0

Yes I received my verification e-mail ok and clicked it.
It is only when I went to login it said the account was inactive.
I see in their terms and conditions that they can suspend or refuse membership without giving any reason.
It also says you can only join once so you can't unsubscribe your account then join again.Their terms state they can keep all your data so once you have joined even if you unsubscribe there is no delete available they keep it so if you leave the site they still have everything you gave them despite you no longer being a member.
So you only have one chance in your life time to join this site and if you ever leave or they decide to refuse you membership you aren't allowed to ever join up again.Blogging and earning online.

Well you were lucky then.
I have never had so much trouble from a survey site and I have joined a few now.
Well I have other ones I earn from and I am not getting anywhere with them and I am not wasting time on it when there are plenty of other survey sites that don't prevent people from joining.Blogging and earning online.

Ok an update regarding Mysurvey.
I have now received an e-mail saying as I have expressed an interest in Mysurvey I am now invited to activate my Account!!
It seems my e-mails to them have worked several times it needed me to reply before finally they have decided to let me a member after all.
So if anyone does have trouble with them you just need to keep asking them for an account. It will work eventually.
It took two days before I got a response from the last reply where they said I must have done something wrong and I replied I had done nothing wrong to my knowledge and I am a U.K member and have filled everything in correctly and I am a new member.
Just a little gentle persuasion and complaining can work. Think they had got fed up with me responding to their e-mails and kept asking them to get my account activated!!
So at last I have an active account and can start earning with them.Blogging and earning online.

A little word of warning about mysurvey ... if you do surveys at work, on your works computer, and your Company uses a proxy server, the system thinks that you're abroad and locks your account.
It's happened to me before and the kindly re-set it for me. Then it happened again 4 months ago, but now they're not responding to my emails.I wish I was a glow worm, a glow worm's never glum
Cos how can you be gloomy, when the sun shines out your bum?0
