Been using MySurvey from just before May have built up 2880 points, 300 of which went to nectar prior to the change. To begin with surveys were fairly frequent, recently I'm getting about 1 or 2 every 2 weeks. It's enjoyable and I haven't been rejected for any surveys, whilst doing them which I get sometimes with Lightspeed. Had a couple of big ones which work on a daily basis over a week to track personal habits and they've paid out really well 500-1000 points. Don't find they take any longer than any other surveys.

I like them, not sure what I'm doing with my points yet, I have another 500 points for a weekly survey on the way, actualyl it may be 700, i'll have to check. So far it's built up quite quickly, especially in comparison to others.

Have been doing mysurvey.com surveys for many year now, and all well UNTIL you hit a problem that is. In October my account mysteriously lost aprox 2000 points (which is a lot of surveys worth of points!)..since then I have sent 8 emails to the site and its manager, and 1 postal letter querying loss of points and asking for reinstatement of them and have not heard a single thing in reply. One of the latter emails was asking for a manager details as wanting to make complaint about lack of response, and yep -still no response. I am extremely frustrated by this as a lot of my time was spent getting those points, and really its the same as them stealing back the money I have earned for work I did for them. If any one has any other contact details for these people other than that on the site could they please let me know as am becoming increasingly annoyed grrrrrrr!
So based on this experience would suggest stay away from mysurvey and instead try one of the others where you may yet better customer service and be treated like a valued member.
