It looked to me as if Day 3's work was actually filling in the diary for day 2. I have had nothing for all of this work and now cannot get into my account but have been told they don't recognise my email address. Also, cannot contact them as I would have to open a new account toget to their email addy

Are you sure you're visiting the UK site as the .Com one is the same.

    Uk.MySurvey.com I believe?

  • Yes, afraid so. Not getting any emails from them now and I used to get at least 1 a day even if I didn't qualify.
  • Used these for a few years then started to find i was not getting the points for surveys
At first i got a reply and a fix via E mails to them then just the usual pre typed reply.
Got sick of doing the work and not getting paid:mad:

Well giving up on this one. After all the trouble I have had trying to even get an active account then finally receiving a welcome e-mail through again I have been getting nothing through survey wise. I go to check and try and log in and it says the account is inactive and I e-mail about it and then get a standard unhelpful reply about something wrong with the account without specifying what the problem is.
In their rules they say they can delete any account or turn it to inactive status so you can't use it without giving any explanation.
No point trying to reply back again they just give the same answer every time and just close the ticket.
when I ask what the problem is or how to get it active again they just refuse to give any explanation.
Not worth the hassle and chase up trying to keep an account open. They seem to just refuse membership and close accounts whenever they feel like it.

I just had this problem, after having successfully registered and completed a few surveys. Suddenly my account is "inactive" and all they will tell me is that I must have violated the T&Cs. If I did, it was completely by accident. They said they will not tell me what checks they did that caused my account to be invalidated, so I wrote back that I want my pay from the surveys I actually completed. I don't expect they'll comply, and it's only a quid or two, but grrrr!

Anyone know how to close your account with these?

Been a member a while, get at least 3 surveys through a day but without fail I complete the survey, get to the last page, it says 'make sure to click here or point wont be awarded' or something along those lines. I click then get an error. So the points aren't awarded.

  • I have been using MySurvey for sometime now and have had quite a bit of money from them via PayPal

I find them a very good survey site, poss the best I have used

I'm not sure how to close your account. But if you get an error message at the end it's probably because you've completed the survey too slowly. It happens to me when I get distracted on something else and don't return to the survey for an hour or two. Whereas if I complete the survey in one sitting I rarely have any problems.

Keep a note of the survey number before you start, and if you get an error message you can email them and they'll add the points to your account.

Gave up with this website as it was alright when I joined 5 years ago but then started to find I was struggling to gain points as quick as I did so unsubscribed in the end.

Why have you resurrected basically all of the old threads on survey companies just to moan or say that you've left them? Clearly, from the threads on MSE, there are lots of us earning money regularly from these.

I have just joined mysurvey and activated my account etc. I then get 3 surveys in one day. One I tried to do would not load up. The second and the third ones when loading them up said I was not eligible.

Does this happen to other people???

Also I was asked to fill in another profile survey!! I had questions like to I cycle 100 miles a week every week and do I own a turtle!!! Has anyone else had any questions like these?

Last question if I may please!! I have had 3 e-mails from Mysurvey as I said earlier!! Two of them say click here to start survey and the other e-mail looks totally different saying click on this link to open the survey.

    Has anyone had this??

Thanks for your help and advice. This is the first survey company I have joined and I am starting to have my doubts about them!!! But, reading the posts on here some of you are doing really well and enjoying completing the surveys without any problems.

    Thank you
