Survey Stashing: MySurvey hints & tips

I joined the UK.MySurvey a couple of months ago, again it was OK for a few weeks. The biggest problem I have is the site itself - its so slow. It can sometimes take about 10 minutes just to log on, then another long wait when clicking on a survey to do. Sometimes the wait is so long, or even just moving around the site can cause it to just sign me out of the site altogether. maybe its a site problem or just traffic, i don't know, but it gets frustrating.
I have the same problem and reported this and they deny there is a problem their end, if that is the case why are there so many people suffering this.
Also be very cautious completing their surveys, in the past month 3 surveys I have completed, on hitting the submit button, have got error message.

Raised a ticket and been told there is nothing they can do!!!
Just spent over 3 hrs doing the national buying surveys for 1500pts. and this error has occurred again. I have reported this, but no doubt will not get the points. I am absolutely fuming. They will not accept there is anything wrong their end.
Will not do anymore surveys until they sort out their site.0 -
I have to agree that this once decent site has slipped somewhat. I've had the issue above and others like just sometimes randomly ending back at the home page after starting a survey.
Same response, they mostly blanked me. They also suggested I write the survey number down. This completely ignores the fact that mostly one or two surveys are screened out so I just do whatever else is available.
Loading additional work onto members isn't acceptable. They would do well to remember without any members they wouldn't exist...Mixed Martial Arts is the greatest sport known to mankind and anyone who says it is 'a bar room brawl' has never trained in it and has no idea what they are talking about.0 -

I had a similar thing happen with the national buying survey. Error message after hours of work. I did eventually get the points but it is not easy to resolve. Having similar problems with Globaltestmarket now who appear to be a sister company...0 -
I've also experienced similar problems to those mentioned above, and panellists must be losing 1000s of points.
The site takes absolutely ages to load and sign in, you would think they would get it fixed. Their sister site Global Test Market is just as slow.0 -
Has anyone actually been able to make more than $500 per month from these survey sites? My highest earning has been no more than $75. There are not many survey opportunities available on the website and therefore you can't make more than a certain amount. At least this has been my case so far.0

How many survey sites have you joined?
I recently read a thread on the Money Shed forum where someone asked what is the most people can earn doing surveys. Some people said they make about £250 to £300 per month with surveys.
I think it would be hard to make more than $500 per month with surveys because you'd have to earn £100 per week or more, which probably means you have to do focus groups also as they pay more than regular surveys, I think.
The problem is, there are only a few survey sites that pay about £5 per hour and these sites only have so many surveys. The other survey sites pay nearer about £2 per hour and you have to deal with things like screen outs also. So it's hard to reach anything like £100 per week.0 -
Before Christmas, I completed My Survey's three part (3 hour long) National Shopper's survey which promised to pay 1500 (I think it was) points.
However, on completion, the survey still showed in the to be completed list, but could not be accessed.
I contacted CS who told me to wait a few days ,by which they would know whether my information had been received, then payment would be within 10 days. They said I should get an email, but have received nothing.
I know these surveys have a nasty habit of bumping you off near the end (usual excuse being the target is reached) but three hours wasted is nothing like ten minutes or so.
Has anyone done this set of surveys and been paid ?0 -
I have done these surveys before via Mysurvey before I dumped them. I completed those national buying surveys which I'm pretty sure took about 5 hours then got an error message. I emailed them and they did pay out in the end but they are pretty slow unfortunately. Just keep pestering them. Good luck!0

I've had problems before ; sometimes they paid and others they didn't, but it would be quite a scam to not pay lots of people for so much work. (They did once pay me, no problems, with a £50 survey, involving making a video clip).0 -
I found I had too many problems with them to bother carrying on with really. I'm pretty sure you will get paid for those surveys though, they are just so slow at responding!0
