  • Did them for a couple of years running, always came up with an error when submitted as is common with mysurvey. If you message the helpdesk they will get it sorted but it may take a while as they aren't the quickest when it comes to customer service.

I did the same survey and exactly the same happened to me.

The survey took much longer than the three hours they stated, and couldn't believe that the page crashed on reaching the end.

I completed a ticket at their Help desk, and they responded saying that they couldn't look into the issue until they had a survey number. But for that particular survey I don't remember seeing a number.

Have responded to them, but I'm not hopeful for being paid.

There was no number. That survey is still in my home page under "survey you already started" but when I click into the survey it says "you already finished the survey" but nothing recorded in the history.

Yes, it did take me about 2 hours and half to complete too. It will be horrible not to be paid!

The survey is still showing on my home page too. Have responded to MySurvey's message, giving the exact name of the survey, and stating that the survey didn't have a number. Surely they should be able to check as their surveys don't usually last as long as that one.

Will have to wait and see what they say.

Hello Kiwi, yes exactly the same here. To add insult to injury, the same thing happened a few weeks ago on a 2 hr-long survey so that's 5 hours I've donated for probably nothing The previous 2-hr survey is sitting in my uncompleted section but every time I log in it tells me it's done; have emailed helpdesk and they tell me they'll add the points if it's proved I'm owed them!. I'm thinking of leaving after Christmas because I just don't think I'm getting the points added for all the surveys and their website is agonisingly slow and clunky too and when you consider this is key to their business, it makes me wonder what the h*ll is going on over there. I could be reading too much into it, but wonder whether they lock you our and make problems as your points get higher because they just don't want to pay out. It would be fab to see a response from a rep, if there is one.

I completed the survey and received the same message. The survey is still in the 'surveys you have started section' however I have received the points for it. The points came through on the 11th, not sure when I did the survey, might have been the 5th if that makes any difference?

It is listed on my profile under Details - 92184576

It does not look like I am going to be paid after the response I got

    "Thanks for your email.

We apologise for the issue you experienced regarding this survey. However, please be assured, your concerns have been escalated to our Project Team and they are looking into them.

We have requested that this study be audited to ensure all panellists are awarded correctly for their participation. If it is determined that you did complete this survey your account will be awarded once all the data has been processed. If points are awarded, they will post to your account within the next 2-4 weeks.

If the 4 weeks have passed and your account still hasn’t been credited, this means our Project Team determined that did not fully complete this survey and points will not be awarded.

Please know that we will not have any additional information regarding your participation in this study until after the audit has been completed.

  • I dumped Mysurvey a while back but that is the sort of canned response I used to get. After completing that National Buying survey two years running I did get paid for them eventually but it took some badgering. Just keep emailing them.

I received a similar response to my second enquiry regarding this survey as kiwi07, although they did say to wait 7 to 10 days and see whether the points are awarded. If the points are not awarded to let them know.

Am very unsure about getting these points, will have to see how it goes.
