Well giving up on this one. After all the trouble I have had trying to even get an active account then finally receiving a welcome e-mail through again I have been getting nothing through survey wise. I go to check and try and log in and it says the account is inactive and I e-mail about it and then get a standard unhelpful reply about something wrong with the account without specifying what the problem is.
In their rules they say they can delete any account or turn it to inactive status so you can't use it without giving any explanation.
No point trying to reply back again they just give the same answer every time and just close the ticket.
when I ask what the problem is or how to get it active again they just refuse to give any explanation.
Not worth the hassle and chase up trying to keep an account open. They seem to just refuse membership and close accounts whenever they feel like it.Blogging and earning online.

Hi there can i ask all the mysurvey members out there. When you complete surveys do you ever get errors at the end like this below. Im fed up with it and even phoned to speak to Emma, shes German and just likes to pass the buck and she told me to write a letter to headoffice even though she didnt tell me the address. Im determinded to find out why this happens on 50% of completed surveys. If theres anyone out there who suffers from this please let me know.

It is a programming/technical error.
Nothing we, as users, can do about it.
If you google any of those errors, you will see it happens frequently.0 -
Agree with Cally you get them from time to time, usually when you try to access it. Sometimes worth going back after a couple of days as they are usually in the incomplete pile and they may have sorted the problem. I quite like them but drive me nuts when you get a load of surveys coming along like London buses and then nothing for two weeks.0

I've had this problem a lot recently too and have even been told I have not completed survey's when I have or they are still sitting as to be completed even though when you click on them they are completed. I send and email to them with all of the details using their contact us link. I usually find that this works. I also keep all of the survey emails that send to me so I have the survey number as I deleted one recently and was told that without they couldn't help:mad:

I too have problems with mysurvey. In the past I have had 3 separate £5 Amazon codes which has been useful. Now I have been trying to do their 3 day survey about cheese etc. On the first day entering the details I was timed out so wrote to them. Yesterday I had the second page to fill in which was fine then saw that I could finish Day 1 again. All of this was very time consuming so today I went to see if I had been credited with the points, 750 I believe it was to be and I get asked if I want to open a new account. I already had 446 points with them, so with these combined I would have had another £10 for Amazon. When I use my email addy to try and get the password, just in case I used something different for some reason, which I am sure I didn't, I get told that they do not recognise my email. Nothing about closing my account or anything.0

I am sick to the back teeth of My Survey, it is not often that I would consider leaving a survey site, even if the pay is low, but when I complained recently to them they shut my account! They reopened it again and the next 2 surveys that I did (both for 150 points each) conveniently went wrong!
Its really frustrating to spend almost 1.5 hours on surveys for no remuneration. I e-mailed them to have the points credited (along with some others I am owed) and nothing.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I also struggled with their 3 day survey about cheese. Started Day 1, filled in lots of details, then form crashed. That was using IE10, tried Google Chrome and got a little further. Eventually after lots of crashes, page hanging etc, managed to complete. Took well over an hour.
Managed to do Day 2, which also took ages, lots of crashes, etc. Eventually completed.
However, I don't have Day 3 of the Diary to complete - no links in emails, and there is no survey on MySurvey website.
It looks like I've spent hours ticking boxes, and there will be no reward at the end.
Have emailed them twice with no response.
Not very impressed with their surveys and lack of customer service.0 -
It looked to me as if Day 3's work was actually filling in the diary for day 2. I have had nothing for all of this work and now cannot get into my account but have been told they don't recognise my email address. Also, cannot contact them as I would have to open a new account toget to their email addy0

I just became totally confused by the whole thing. Not sure now whether I've done everything they asked or whether my entries will be disqualified.
The survey invitation came from -
[EMAIL="emma@mysurvey.eu"]emma@mysurvey.eu[/EMAIL]
It said to reply to this address if you had any problems with the surveys. I used the address twice stating about problems experienced, with no response.
But it's worth trying to see whether they can resolve your account problems.
