Hi Peeps....Haven't been in here for a while, or the Inn come to think of it .

Wonder if someone can help me with this email I've just got ...

You are a winner of the 69 Magazine/Sassoon Salon reader offer. To view the competition please go to http://www.69-247.com/ to view the Spring/Summer issue the competition ran in.

I have found a list of comps in game over of some 69-247 comps which I have entered but non with the Sassoon prize. Also when I click on the link I keep getting Cafe Networks website?

My problem is

Oooh thanks for reminding me of the usb Roboform I have been meaning to download so I can enter comps in my lunch now i'm back at work - i'm having trouble keeping up since my maternity leave ended.

It looks like the site is ran from a semi-detached house so seems a bit non commercial.I'd be unwilling to send money to get a small prize,especially from an unknown web site.

Thanks Guys .That was my 1st thought! the ..."When is a Prize Not A Prize Scenario":rolleyes: .
I couldnt see any other winners from 69-247 but they're have been quiet a few comp posted for them.

Just what I would do Whitestar.After all there are lots more comps out there from well known sites that will just send you the prize.

Just noticed those FAQ are for the GMTV comps that say 5 times per phone number. On the ITV site for all the other comps they say 5 entries per household - you have to put your postcode in so i'm assuming you can't enter 5 times in your partners name with a diff number if you live together. What do you all think?

The postcode is not compulsory. Without the postcode filled in, it still won't let you make more than 5 entries with the same telephone number but I believe it will let you enter another 5 with a different telephone number. However, if the rules say 5 entries per household then presumably you would be disqualified if you won and then they found out you had broken the rule or if they do check the IP addresses. I only enter 5 times and use my mobile number.....but I haven't won.
