What a shame that 'Collective' felt the need to go undercover to handle this situation - rather than being frank, honest and open. Perhaps if this had been approached in a different manner others on here may have been a little more supportive of your position and a compromise could have been reached. As it stands now Collective has just irked people.
I think misslinda has dealt with it all very well.
:T*Thanks to all who posts comps * :j
  • I don't normally get involved in this sort of thing but........Al Mac is spot on and I couldn't have put it better. Collective should tell us who they really are. This is like sending an unsigned letter and is disgusting.

I've been thinking this through since my post earlier - the behaviour of 'Collective' has been deplorable, even more so by their chosen anonymity.

Perhaps it should be proposed that a 'newbie' shouldn't be able to post PMs, except to Board Guides, for a certain period (say 2 weeks or a month) after registration, in a similar way to not being able to post links until they've made 15 posts.

That way, if someone has something to say, at least they can't hide behind a pseudonym to do it.

That's a bluddy excellent idea Melli. How do we get the powers that be to take that up?

Anonymous letters, bullying, Are we in the school yard?

Absolutly appalling behaviour by these people hiding behind a false name. Shame on you!!!!

Misslinda I applaud you for standing up to such behaviour.

Collective Why don't you use your own name(s) if you have anything constructive to say or are you too embarrassed now?

Not sure - I'm too new myself, but it must be possible. After all the posting limit had just been changed when I started.

Any other members got any ideas how to propose it?

Everyone is taking this well out of proportion

No they are not - shame on you, if you believe you were justified in what you did, why hide yourself.

MissLinda - thank you for your time and effort of posting (and all other posters) more power to your typing fingers, many thanx for your posts I love 'em. :j
  • What a fab response from the lovely MSEr's to the awful PM misslinda received. This is a public forum and there are no rules on who can post comps. I, for one, am grateful to all who take their time to post on here.
We are all adults and should know how to behave. Now be nice and stop greeting about who does what, where, when and why:naughty:
