Ha ha oops I meant Dried cranberries of course!! :rotfl:
I find packups so dull coz I always just have a plain salad - don't have time or ideas to make up lovely stuff.
Fresh fruit gone already - might start on the next bit straight away - so much for grazing!Life is all about the journey.0 -
Right, must go and put washing away before collection of DD2 for (yet another) hospital appointment.....must remember to take 'loose fitting clothes and shorts' this time.
DD2 made me laugh this morning - decided she wanted to wear a summer dress today so I also got out a croptop vest thing to wear under it as the dresses are a bit flimsy - 'I'm not wearing THAT - Melissa wears them, and she's GINGER'.......:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. (apologies to any 'strawberry blondes' out there - wouldn't mind so much but DD2 has v. dark red tones in her hair so she can't really talk.....:D )
Only had parcel post so far this morning, still waiting postie.

I've only had one panic attack ever and that was bad enough. It was on a flight back from the states and literally I felt as if I couldn't take in enough breath. We were in that little corridor right before you get on the plane too! Ended up having to come off and catch the next flight, which I was embarrassed about!
I feel sorry for you that suffer from it constantly
Weirdly after I suffered that one, I found a link between panic attacks and the birth control I was using. Got that sorted so far I've never had another one *knock on wood*Lots of luck to everyone! Hope good wins come your way!

NEED.....TO......SCREAM!!
I had this t1t come to deliver something for my housemate. He literally bangs on the door, so I come running down 3 flights of stairs, with the bowl of pasta I was eating in my hand.
"Oh sorry, were you fast asleep then, girl?" OK, I am not a girl at my age, so don't be so damn patronising, stop looking down my top while I'm signing your stupid form, and how could I have be asleep if I have a steaming hot bowl of pasta in my hand !!!!!!. Then he called me girl again, so I slammed the door. And now it's raining.....again....*and breathe* Thank god I have chocolate here.0 -
Back from walk, feeling a little bit better
It's actually a real comfort to know that it's not just me who suffers from this type of panic attack - when you are going through a bad phase, you really do think you are alone.
What makes it kinda hard for me is that because I am a very outgoing person, people don't actually take me seriously when I tell them that I suffer with this. Even doctors sometimes because I come across quite confident to strangers.
I am going to go and get some diazepam tomorrow morning from the docs just in case I get in a proper state on the day. I've never taken it actually, what does it do? Does it help? The doctors gave me some when I quit smoking a while ago and also when I was due to fly to Prague but I didn't take it in the end. I was worried it would zombify me:rotfl:.
I started panicking about taking the diazepam :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Thanks to everyone who posts comps, I love winning prizes big and small
