I'm trying really hard but I think what is making it really difficult at the moment is the fact that things are generally a bit stressful. Our car has broken down JUST when we really need it (we are taking it with us on holiday) and our one year old has stopped sleeping at night .

It's horrible to be scared of feeling scared isn't it? I can usually keep it together during my normal routine but holidays and Christmas are usually triggers for me.
Speaking of appointments, the last really bad panic I had was about going to the opticians for an eyetest. I was hyperventilating and everything - needless to say, I am still here to tell the tale :D.

Good luck with your appointment. I'm sure it will be fine (but I also know that me saying it won't help :D).

It is a horrible thing to suffer with, I find time goes on a go slow when you're worried about something too which makes it even worse, then its never as bad as you ever imagine but you still worry everytime lol

I suffer with anxiety too poodledoodledoo, I worry about everything. I really hope are able to relax and enjoy your break. I'm the same in that if things stick to a routine I'm generally fine, but if something happens not quite right (like I get stuck in traffic and think I'm gonna be late for an appointment) I find things start to fall apart - or rather I start to fall apart. OH is good at noticing when I'm starting to panic so I'm lucky there.
Life is all about the journey.

I find its the unknown that gets me, so anything outside my normal routine I dread. i hate confrontation too which is an absolute nightmare when I'm out!!

I really shouldnt be wishing the time away today, I need to get us dressed & tidy up.. & do comps but I seem to be glued to the sofa again
