    Morning guys.
Anyone else on here suffer from panic disorder?
I'm off to France this weekend (thanks to one of lilias comps :j) but I've really worked myself up about the ferry crossing (stupid, I know).
I've barely slept all week and I'm feeling pretty down about the whole thing when I should be excited.
Going to go out for a walk with ds4 now to try and cool myself down a bit.

PS Sorry for the rant but I've got no friends to talk to that would understand - feel free to ignore my inane ramblings :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I have really bad panic/anxiety disorder. am in a panic about this afternoon just because I have an appointment

Try to keep busy, will take make the time go quicker. Just keep telling yourself you will be fine & focus on positives (easier said than done I know lol)
Thanks to everyone that posts :T:money:

Poodle i think you're doing the best thing going for a walk to get it out of your system, used to get terrible panics and anxiety but try and walk it off now. Hope you feel better and enjoy your holiday.
Thankyou to all the posters of competitions

That's a shame - but on the plus side if you go instore at least you can try it on, and might be worth asking an assistant as not all the stock goes out on the shop floor if they're tight for space and there might be one lurking in the stockroom.

Else there's this on ebay - similar(ish) - in that it's strapless and denim...;)

I don't do eBay, and I only like these dresses for the zip detail but thanks anyway!! They've not had thse in the Liverpool store; been trying since November last year!!

I'm trying really hard but I think what is making it really difficult at the moment is the fact that things are generally a bit stressful. Our car has broken down JUST when we really need it (we are taking it with us on holiday) and our one year old has stopped sleeping at night .

It's horrible to be scared of feeling scared isn't it? I can usually keep it together during my normal routine but holidays and Christmas are usually triggers for me.
Speaking of appointments, the last really bad panic I had was about going to the opticians for an eyetest. I was hyperventilating and everything - needless to say, I am still here to tell the tale :D.

Good luck with your appointment. I'm sure it will be fine (but I also know that me saying it won't help :D).
Thanks to everyone who posts comps, I love winning prizes big and small

Frantically listing more on eBay whilst my PC/scanner lets me, the whole thing crashed on me again over weekend so DH going to get some parts for it soon I think.

Got my Dad all moved over weekend then did his shopping yesterday for him so need to do mine today. I am exhausted but nothing in for tea so need to do it really, just heard TU clothes got 25% off as well so might have a look at them LOL

What's everyone elses plans for today?
2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please

    Thank you :)
Exercise DOES help a little bit. I find that it makes me focus on something and calms the adrenaline. Perhaps I should jog around the port before we board the ferry :rotfl:
