Back from walk, feeling a little bit better :)
It's actually a real comfort to know that it's not just me who suffers from this type of panic attack - when you are going through a bad phase, you really do think you are alone.
What makes it kinda hard for me is that because I am a very outgoing person, people don't actually take me seriously when I tell them that I suffer with this. Even doctors sometimes because I come across quite confident to strangers.

Sounds like you're a bit like me - in that you are outgoing etc and so people assume you're confident and fine and nothing will worry you. WRONG!

I can't help on the diazapan question though, I've not taken it.

So... healthy lunches for work then. Ideas needed please!

We have a toaster and a microwave and a fridge. I eat my main meal with OH at dinner time... around 7pm or so. But I'm always STARVING at work. I don't have time to eat breakfast before I get here. Help!

I never thought to bring tinned fruit - I love pineapple but fresh is really expensive but I could bring some tins instead. Thanks!

Does it make you feel 'out of it' or does it just chill you out a bit?
I'm terrible with taking medications, I always read the possible side effects list and it puts me off :o

make sure you only buy the stuff in fruit juice rather than syrup though otherwise not so healthy

I'm terrible with taking medications, I always read the possible side effects list and it puts me off :o

It depends how high the dose is hun - i am only on 2mg four times a day to stop spasms in my back - it does chill me out even though it's such a low dose, i can tell if i haven't had it - but luckily have had no side effects - if you wanna know anything else PM me as i am also on Prozac xxxx

I haven't seen all of what you said but beta blockers can also calm you down - have had experience using them in the past - if you wanna know anything just PM me if you don't want it public - feel free to ask me anything xxxxx

afternoon, not had chance to read back will do that soon.

went for my first physio session today. my wrist has 0% movement backwards and 20% movement downwards, due to no muscle strength. have been given 3 different exercises to do every 2 hours  to build the muscle strength up. going back in 2 weeks to see how I am geeting on. once I have built muscle strength up I will get exercises to help movement.

right, going to read back now to see how you all are xx
