    don't forget to ring and tell them you're not sure about keeping it within the first week after receiving it.....

    then ask them for a discount..... I got £30 off my £360 (upgraded from £299) one

  • Would this be ok for my daughter who likes to play games like the sims? She has an old laptop and the graphics card is not able to cope with the game and its not upgradeable. Sorry, i dont know the proper terms and hubby out!

    It's perfect for this! BUT remember that laptops (generally) are not upgradeable for graphics and suchlike so you might find yourself in the same situation in a few years' time.

    You can normally put in a bigger hard disc or more memory, but other expansion is usually outside the laptop (i.e. using the USB port, or ExpressCard slot).
