Ordered upgraded laptop via monkeyspanner route on Friday but am having a nightmare with customer services. I have been unable to locate my order on their web site using the internet receipt no. and didn't have an order no. until I phoned them this morning to check my order had gone through. The Indian lady said the order was not being processed (although I'd had the e-mail confirmation) and she'd phone me back at tea time. When I got a phone call back I was told I couldn't have what I'd ordered at the price I'd ordered it and would have to speak to sales. After being passed around 6 staff the last one pretended she couldn't hear me, shouted at me to ask if I was deaf and said she could not hear me and that if I didn't reply she'd hang up, which she did!
All I want is the laptop I ordered at the price I ordered it, £339.13 (I didn't upgrade the batttery).
Is there any customer services number that works?0 -

Of these I think there are two pairs of identical offerings with different codes and in one case substantially different prices (please post correction if I have missed something with these specs). The prices of each code are different in some cases if accessed from Home or Small Business systems this seems to be down to whether free delivery is offered.
The codes in order of increasing spec are (prices given include vat and delivery and have been adjusted to 90 days collect warantee).
