  • Just haggled with O2 and got a decent deal. Was paying £23.54 per month for 30GB (doubled with VOLT) with unlimited calls and texts (that I hardly ever use) and O2 travel, including Australia, NZ, and USA. That would've gone up to £26.04 in April. I do use Priority occasionally, so was keen to stay with O2.

Spoke to a nice agent (I had a bit of a laugh with him), who initially tried offering me deals at £21.99 per month, then £17.99, with between 10GB and 50GB of data, one with the O2 travel and one without.

I said I'd need to have a think about it, and he suddenly came back with another deal at £13.99 per month!
It's a 24-month contract, includes 20GB of data, unlimited calls and texts, and the O2 travel, as well as Amazon music for six months. Over the next 12 months it will save me £114.60, so I'm happy with that, and even with the increases in 2026 and 2027, it'll still be less per month than I'm paying now!
