We have an existing thread with lot of ideas that should help so i've added your thread to it to keep the suggestions together.

Stir fry the mince with some shallot or finely minced onion, garlic, ginger, lemon &/or lime zest (or thai spice mix), you can add finely minced chilli if you like spicy, plus any veg that you like stir-fried, add a good splash of either soy or thai fish sauce, then add some coconut milk & simmer until pork is fully cooked. Serve with noodles or rice....yummy :drool:
I also do this with turkey mince as either works well0 -
Have found a packet of pork mince at the back of the freezer and would normally make a meatloaf with this but I am looking for any suggestions.
I did see a website suggestion on here over the weekend where you can enter ingredients and it would come up with meal suggestions but can't remember the name of the website! Can anyone help with this also?

www.allrecipes.co.uk has a section where you put the ingredients you have (and can specify ingredients you don't want to use) to get recipes.0
