I use frozen value mince which is roughly half beef, half pork (think it's about 60:40) and it makes a lovely cottage pie. I also use it in anything Italian style (bolognese, lasagne, etc) as I think the flavours go really well together.0

I have a receipe that uses minced pork with tomato and you roll the mixture in a pancake and bake in the oven with sliced tomato and grated cheese. Very Yummy!Football Widow :footie:

Hi
I picked up a couple of packets of whoopsie minced pork at a an incredible 50p per pack.
I'd like to do a bulk cook and then freeze for later.
Any tasty recipe ideas?
Many thanks

Thanks, that all sounds nice. I did think of the meatballs as I like spicy :-).
With bolognese - would I still use the same italian herbs that I'd use in beef bolognese?
Quite fancy the burgers with apple too.
