i made chinese minted pork burgers ..... by accident but it was lovely
pork mince
spring onions
ginger
garlic
soy
mint sauce
blooming lovely .... i just combined all together and popped them in the oven0 -
Kebabs, stuffing for cabbage leaves/peppers/marrow, half and half with beef for meatballs, burgers, meat loaf......Val.0

We really like Hugh's chorizo pork. If you don;t want to make meatballs (which are blimmin luvverley
) you can take some of the mix and dry fry, keep breaking it up, until you have tiny crispy morsels. Use these to replace bacon in carbonnara

Throw it in the food processor with the blade attachment with some bacon and seasoning to make pork and bacon burgers, nice as a breakfast or a tea, i made some yesterday and used the leftover bits to make meatballs.
These i rolled in flour put in a dish in the oven with garlic,italian herbs and passatta poured over and baked to serve with noodles or spaghetti at a later date, they also freeze well as do the burgers

Meatloaf or mixed with some spring onion, ginger, maybe some prawns and some soy sauce inside some rice flour wrappers for pot stickers/dim sum.
The Nigel slater recipe is delicious though.0 -
