Seems like a bit of a c*ck up with the bank phonecalls, I'd already asked them to cancel the extra jobs I shouldn't have booked so didn't get that email. Must remember to read & understand the whole brief next time...

I did get this message yesterday though - looks like a RE approach to changes!

We are releasing another development onto the Online Booking System:
- You will now be able to change the date of your visit ONCE ONLY to another available date through your My Visits section. Note that you can only change the date to one that is applicable to the job and may not be your preferred date. Also, there may not be an alternative date for you to choose.
- If you are unable to carry out a visit you can cancel it through the My Visits section.
Please bear in mind that we would need as much notice as possible for your cancellation so we can reallocate your visit. Your Area Manager/Special Project Controller will be informed automatically once you cancel your visit so you do not need to email/phone them separately, though you may be contacted after this point regarding your cancellation.
If you experience any problems using this development we would appreciate it if you could document them and send by email to your Area Manager.
This function should be available from Friday 8th May.

Ooh just doing my usual daily search on ABAi and when I got to the petrol jobs it directed me to the sign-up questionnaire, asking me to update it before I could see any jobs.

It did this to me yesterday. Maybe they want us to update the questionnaires semi-regularly, to check that we are still part of their target market?

On GR, does anybody know what happens if no one takes a job?

1 job has been on the board for 3 weeks now and no one has taken it, surely the client must be unhappy that GR havent been able to allocate it?
