Seems to be back... Not that there are any jobs for me :(

So it is. Must have just been a glitch. Nothing for me either except the 40 odd hotel visits for 1

On GR, does anybody know what happens if no one takes a job?

1 job has been on the board for 3 weeks now and no one has taken it, surely the client must be unhappy that GR havent been able to allocate it?

They start phoning around until they find someone who can do it.

    First Post. Hi all.

I had 4 jobs to write up on RE but had been unable to as the website was down yesterday afternoon. I went to write them up early morning today but the website was broken again. It finally resurfaced so I wrote up 2 reports only for the website to crash resetting those jobs and losing my reports. I have wasted 5 hours over 2 days trying to compile reports not to mention the time take taken to carry out the assignments. I have now deleted all those and any upcoming jobs from my account as the website can't be trusted. I am out of pocket in terms of time, money and effort.

I am not accepting any more jobs until the website is seen to be working properly again.

    Hello and welcome :j

Have you thought about signing up with the other MS companies? (Listed on first page)

I have never signed up to RE for the reason you stated - unreliable website

Try Gap, or GrassRoots - I use these two all the time and never have any issues :rotfl:

Really? Surely thats a waste of time, if someone could do it they would sign up for it?

They've sent 3 emails out for it already and still no one has taken it.

Do they ever increase the fee to get a job covered?

Send an email to RE with these comments. Also consider invoicing them for your time (worth a try and might get the message across!)

Right I am dealing now with RE. Firsly I phoned and told them the website is down again. They disoute this and say it IS working. So can some of you try and log in and post what you get.

Coincidentally I went to a RE chemist and the girl was giggling about MS'ers, I said "Whats a MS'er??? She said we know who they are as they ask for hay fever tablets and advice on weight reduction. She has several friends who work for this shemist and 1 shopper was thin as a rake so it looked odd her asking for weight reduction. She joked they might as well have I am mystery shopper tatooed on the forehead.
So the account holder of this job is going to phone me back to discuss this. As I tolf RE about this and pointed out how stupid the scenario is and are they happy we are identified by the obvious scenario.

I would welcome any input on this, Maybe they will say we should go in with padding and wear 6 coats to look fat.

No problem with logging in here.

But the scenario thing is ridiculous really.

Flaming heck. The website is back up now. I forgot to say they are getting lots of praise on the new website. They even have a list if good feedback on the homepage. The comments must have been put on by their own staff.
