hi, well done for still having stuff on ebay, even if you didn't add any yesterday.
good luck with your online mystery shopping, is it completely online or is it just that the company are online but they send you out in real life?0 -
Happy you know what day to everyone who is feeling happy, and even more best wishes to people who are missing their mums / children even more than usual and others for whom this is a sad day.
It looks like a busy day for me today. OH is out for the day, which I shouldn't complain about as I was out all day yesterday, but, he had Important Things to do so didn't do anything in the house whatsoever, which means I get an especially long list of things to do, on my own, today:
[STRIKE]Hoovering[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Dusting[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Laundry[/STRIKE] 2 loads washed and drying in sunshine
[STRIKE]Clean bathrooms[/STRIKE] done except shower - I'll tackle from inside tomorrow whilst using
[STRIKE]Change sheets[/STRIKE] bedding on the line now
[STRIKE]Tidy study[/STRIKE]
Find certificates for DD and post
Package ebay items
Find and turbolist ebay things
5 x online mystery shops
Dinner & baking
Skype DS2 later (when he's out of bed!). He may even remember to wish me happy you know what!
The selfish side of me would much prefer to go for a walk / curl up with a book / make some cards - but actually that would be rather counter-productive as then I'll have to fit all the housework in through a busy working week - there is nothing on that list that can wait for next weekend.
Course yesterday went really well, and I'm going to claim for 12 hours work which I will get paid late April, which will help with MBNA.
Surveys are completely online Lemon Tree; except you have to make a phone call and send an email enquiry as part of the process. Sometimes there are things to buy and return so they can take a bit of time to complete with waiting around for things. Tedious but I can do them whilst watching TV with OH (like some people can do knitting) so profitable.
Hmm - what shall I do first - change sheets or the bathrooms - oh the excitement *insert banned smiley here*

sounds like you've been uber busy today.
I got two loads of washing done, but they got rained on so i'm now trying to get them dry indoors cue washing line smiley
Not done much else other than visit my parents and pop into Lidl and spend £15 on not much, not even sure if i got any proper food from there lol0 -
Sorry to hear you had rain LT - we had sunshine most of the day and then a bit of cloud - and it was lovely to bring 4 loads of washing in dry - just the duvet cover and a jumper needed a spell on a radiator over night. I think I've caught up on the no boiler / no washing machine time now!
Start of another week, off to body balance in a few minutes, then to the post office to post one of the ebay parcels I've had payment for and DD's certificates.
I heard yesterday that DD is coming home the weekend after easter - when DS1 will be here, and I'm hoping DS2 will be around too. I'm so looking forward to it :j. We haven't been all together probably for over a year, as I don't think that DD came back at Easter last year! I'm looking for some nice things to do like going to a show so that we will all be awake and in the same room at some point!!
My plans for today included a meeting for my vol work to sort out plans for an event in May, but that's been cancelled. I will finish the MS from yesterday instead, that's this afternoon taken care of!
Right - off to the gym
Have a good day all

Working from home today, and so I'm able to pop on here during lunch. I'm also going to make beanburgers and start some bread rolls in the breadmaker in a moment!:)
No changes on the money front; surveys proceding nicely - just waiting for the deliveries of the things I have bought. I had to be quite stern when buying things in one shop, there was a really nice handbag that was reduced... impractical and not a size I was use, but lovely and reduced - a fatal combination!
I'm not doing so well with the healthy eating / exercise side of things and am feeling a bit bloated. I think I could do with a swim / long walk - hopefully will find the time on Friday.
There was a phone call earlier for DD - from a store card company - she had given this phone number  and when they coudn't get a response from her mobile they tried here. She told me she had paid it off and wouldn't use it any more :wall: a few months ago.
Cheers all

Aren't kids wonderful:DProud to be dealing with my debt:eek:
TOTAL: £6,437 (04/01/2013) slowly but surely it is decreasing:D0 -
Hooray - day off today.
I haven't a lot planned, I'm off to a meeting in the minute (voluntary work, which should make it better) (it doesn't) but have done the washing and had a tidy through so the rest of the day is my own, and, a free weekend :j for both me, and OH too! :j:j
I paid £6.81 off the mbna (play.com) card this morning just because I'm fed up at looking at that balance. No money due in for some time to make a significant difference to it - how long March is feeling! I did an 'essentials only' food shop this week of about £18 and am delaying shopping to Tuesday next week and hope that will be the last grocery shop of the month - we haven't done very well for food cost wise, the freezer is overflowing and the cupboard is full - but let's face it the money that represents would be much better being paid off the card. Is there something about cold and snow that makes us instinctively hoard food - or have I just been rubbish at self-control in supermarkets and taking time to effectively meal plan using existing food first :rotfl:
Ho hum off to meeting

i'm starting to feel that financially every month is very very long, i hate this lull between payments going out and my wages coming in. Unfortunately work wise, the months are getting quicker and my deadlines are getting shorter grrrrr!0

There's been some long months for me so far this year too Lemontree - I had good intentions but think I need 2 paydays a month so I can keep up - lots of unexpected things cropping up but I will get on track - honest - one day......!!!!!!
Know what you mean about feeling the need to hoard food in the cold weather - my cupboards and freezer are full to busting - but I still feel the need to go and food shop rather than use what I've got - I am getting slightly better I think. But because I've had a sore throat and generally feel yucky today - I got dh to drive me to Morrisons and I ended up buying a cooked chicken and various nibbles I 'just fancied' - didn't need anything other than a few potatoes but spent £13.50 - then I wonder why there's more month than money LOL
