there's a few people miffed with BB at the moment, i'm glad mine had all finished by the time the rules changes, but i know where you're coming from as i had the same with kingjackpot, they changed the rules just as i wanted to take out my first winnings.0

Hi cbm and everyone - sounds like you are being very disciplined with all the jobs you are crossing off.
I have had a lazy day today - a bit of a wind down and get my head together day before going back to work tomorrow as last week was just a blurr!!
Take care in the ice
MilannJanuary spends - £587.580 -
Boo hoo last two days off - back to work Wednesday (I work 3 days/week, so my 2 week's leave theoretically finished last Friday). It has been a great holiday, so nice to see the children home and happy. I've done quite a bit of decluttering and have pulled my finger out and started ordeal by ebay 2010! I listed 5 things yesterday, have downloaded turbolister and have another things listed to upload on Thursday for a 10 day listing. Every little helps.
Took DS2 to the airport to fly back to uni last night - I was impressed by how clear the big roads are. It is still icy and horrible on our estate so I don't plan to go out today.
Also have received the £21 from Bingo Britain so I was really pleased about that.
In addition to the clicks/banking etc, today I plan to:
[STRIKE]Tidy / clean DS room & the kids' bathroom - both of which appear to be in a state![/STRIKE] Done, and they were quite disgusting - just need to hoover but will need to shift some of the washing first.
[STRIKE] Internet grocery shopping for delivery tomorrow afternoon.[/STRIKE] Checked freezer, and we're good until Friday if we get some fruit/veg and tea bags - have asked OH to go to the greengrocer's on the way home.
[STRIKE]Dig out the Rosemary Conley video which I had donkey's years ago, and see if my body can still do any/some of the workout. [/STRIKE] I need a lying on the floor aching smiley! I couldn't do all of it as you need an 'elastic band' to work against for some of it, but did all of the first half an hour and now know exactly how puny my shoulder and tummy muscles are - ouch! I have only been active once since last Tuesday - I really hate the snow and haven't driven anywhere, so this has probably done me a world of good.
[STRIKE]Will also go through the freezer - I reckon there is quite a lot of stuff built up in there which we should use.[/STRIKE] Well worth doing!
[STRIKE]Laundry[/STRIKE] Ongoing battle - 3 loads washed so far. 1 load tumble dried.
Have a good day all

sounds like good plans cbm, i told OH last night that we have to take at least one bag of stuff to the charity shop each week for the next few months, i'm just so sick of not being able to put stuff away. I am considering trying to list some of my craft stuff on ebay again but i just can't bring myself to do it. Maybe i should get a big box and fill it and then just do lots of car boots in the spring/summer time and if it's still there in autumn just give it away.
Glad you got your money back out of BB.0 -
Glad you've had a good time with your family I bet the house seems really empty when they've all gone.
Good luck with cleaning room/bathroom it will probably take ages!!
Hope the ebay goes well - I've replied to you about Amazon in my diary.
enjoy your last day off tomorrow - I'm working tomorrow I do 3 whole days a week but get extra days sometimes. I'd rather work less but heyho debts must be paid!!

I ache all over and did not want to get out of bed this morning! I think it could be because there was not a proper cool-down at the end. When (if!) I do Rosemary's DVD again I might have to add some cool down stretches at the end. Never mind, I think it is to the good.
Depressingly, nothing at all to report on the DF front. No surprises in the banks, nothing doing on Pigsback, pathetic 10p from Butlins Bingo. I've managed to get almost an extra week's shopping from what is in the fridge/freezer, just had to ask OH to get some fruit and veg yesterday, and some teabags today. I think I'll have to wait until payday to be able to make any progress on the CC.
Today I have changed the sheets on our bed and tidied out another cupboard, and got the washing machine going.
I also want to:
[STRIKE]Wash the kitchen floor[/STRIKE] Done
[STRIKE]Hoover downstairs[/STRIKE] Done
[STRIKE]Try and get the rest of the washing dry[/STRIKE] Nearly - stuff on all the rads downstairs and tumbled the rest. Should dry when the heating comes on
Whole load of admin (voluntary work) - they can have the next hour or so!
[STRIKE]Go for a walk and stretch out my muscles![/STRIKE] Ouch. Done
Have a good day

PBH - I do 3 days a week too - what a coincidence, and sometimes pick up extra. I also do some voluntary work for a charity, and from time to time paid work for another charity (job #2).
Lem - I love looking at craft stuff on ebay - but I think if I tried to list mine I'd end up buying a whole load more! Do you really not think you're going to use it? You're brave contemplating car boot sales - much as I dislike listing stuff on ebay I think car boots are worse. We've tried twice, made about £10 between them and ended up with all this junk in the garage for ages. Ebay seems neater, somehow!Jan 08: Debt £15,211  Debt cleared April 30th 2010Proud to have dealt with my debt! i just hate the way ebay has changed, what i would sell is stuff i've not used or dont' think i would use. I tried listing some rubber stamps a few years ago but didn't really make much from them.
We did a table top sale and car boot last year and made about 90 squids each time, so they were worth doing, i just hate doing them, specially the one which you have to arrive at 6am for!
we do have loads of junk in the sheds though, think i'm going to try and syphon it all off to the charity shops whilst OH isn't looking. sneaky moi?0 -
£90 Lemon Tree - that's probably all I'd take from ebay in months! I don't think I'd have a chance of getting OH out of bed early in the morning though. Funny how we have to get rid of OH's rubbish when they are not looking - just the same as teenagers! I was really careful with what the kids saw me throw out over christmas. They don't want to take it with them though, just for me to keep it in the same place that its sat unused for the last 10 years!Jan 08: Debt £15,211  Debt cleared April 30th 2010Proud to have dealt with my debt! Hi Cbm - just found your diary, have subscribed to keep up with your progress. I can't believe how well you've done in such a short time, you put me to shame! At this rate it won't be long until you're debt free.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
