Minimal flying here, as it was still nice weather this morning, so DS2 and I put in another couple of hours on the allotment. We are now ready to lay another path, then I can add compost to that bed and start sowing the main summer crops.
I have my allotment divided into fixed beds (not raised with wooden edges, too big and expensive), with plastic woven material as paths; it's been down for around 15 years now, and some of them are badly torn and growing more weeds than the beds, hence the need to replace. I'm not complaining though, as they're only guaranteed for ten years!
I've bought the material for the next path this afternoon - and mysteriously also came home with four packets of seeds as well - not sure how that happened!;)
Okay, flying - well, I've postponed the bedroom as I usually do it on Wednesday, and did some paper work instead - didn't feel like the kitchen. I do have all the work done in school neatly in a folder now, and can start transeferring some of the details onto the Scheme of Work I'm preparing for Year 8. Oh, and after dinner, I shall be emptying out the airing cupboard and distributing piles of clothes to the owners' rooms.
I'm doing a day's supply tomorrow, but don't know about Wednesday yet.
sexymouse - that bruise sounds very painful - take care! (I'm always walking into things...)
toots - that was a monster post! Remember to take it easy this week!
:hello:Hi to all the newbies!! Take it steady at first, and I would suggest that in addition to a Level One, do a 15 minute decluttering in the Room of the Day as well - you can't clean properly if it's all cluttered (yes, that's the voice of bitter experience there!) If it's truly horrendous, then 15 minutes decluttering may be all you can do in there, but stick at it - I managed to reclaim my master bedroom doing just that last year!It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -

he emptied the bin and put a new bag in and he unloaded the dw :T:T:T

 Hiya everyone. Well my house has been cleaned to within an inch of it's life. Cleaning is a great way of coping! I now have a utilty room I can use and about 12 spare shelves in there. The house is vacuumed and dehaired to within an inch of it's life!!!
Tootles has been very kind and i'd like to keep the giving going so to speak so.....I've got my daughters brownie uniform up for grabs for anyone. There's two pairs of size 26" trousers, one pair of the shorts/skirt and a 32" tshirt all in good nick. If anyone wants it they can have it postage free. Just PM me and first come first served.
Thanks again tootles xx0
