Hya everyone.
Just a quickie from me tonight. I am so tired after a tricky day.
Managed to stay AF though...no cravings, no thoughts of drink even though we have wine in the fridge.
Having a big Eurovision party on Sat night with my brother's family. He is alcoholic too and has been AF for 2 months so i hope we manageto keep to it at the weekend. Fingers and everything else crossed hey?
Much love and luck to you all, xx

Evening all,
A quickie from me as well. Been busy doing work but ready to print it off now, another AFD for me, and have defo been feeling the benefits, think i've actually done more work but don't tell anyone. I've really been tempted though. Got a friend coming over tomorrow so that will be hard. But its been a good one today.0 -

Great news about your programme BHB, you must be really proud.
Well done everyone on an AF night if you planned one.

Hi everybody
Please add another 2 AFDs for me, BB, thanks for all your hard work. Just finished this project, so haven't had time to think about wine even if the bells were ringing somewhere in my head. Looking forward to reading all the posts when I have more time.
