    Happy Birthday Dotstar :D

I have just come back from the addiction support place. The counsellor says she will write to my GP as I have come to the end of my set of 12 sessions, and hopefully won't need to go back :j:j.

I still have the option to phone up and go back if I want to see the counsellor again, but I told her I never want to see her again :rotfl::rotfl:. I think she took it the right way :D

When I saw all the other poor people and their various addictions in there it made me even more determined to stick at it as it made me realise how close I was to the edge of the cliff !

I had to do a chart on how happy I was, how emotionally & physically fit I felt etc.
I was astounded how different the marks were compapred with the one I did six months ago. I should have asked for a photocopy to keep as a warning and reminder of how better I feel for not drinking!

    Anyway - enough rambling
Enjoy the rest of the day everyone, especially Dotstar :j

    Andy
    xx

that's absolutely great Andy - good for you.

AND happy Birthday Dotstar (sorry, don't have any super smileys) enjoy your day.

You've said just what I wanted to so am stealing your post :D. Hope you're feeling better?

Will finally do afd 1 today as thro my danger time (ie stuffed with food tho it was all veggies which I was craving after a few days on pizza & curry - grand finale last night, had both :o, & I normally only eat stuff like that about twice a month not a day!!)

Have got eyesight test tomorrow so it will be good not to have eyes like p***holes in the snow & being stabbed by my contact lenses.

Budgie perhaps you could just put my number of afd's (getting optimistic now!) but I'd prefer not to have a target if that's OK. One, then. Oh, did I mention it already?.....

Have a good evening all, hope nobody's struggling tonight.

ETA well done 115K! :T:T(or can I call you 11 for short)
