That's alright, if you come to my astrological gathering you'll have to sit in the area of the garden that is designated the choklit corner :D

I am trying to cut down rather than stop completely.

I cannot remember when I did not last have a drink ( I mean years), I had a drink on Bank Holiday Monday & I have had 4 AF days since. In all my time with the above I have never managed this!

However, I do have a problem in the fact I find it hard to get to sleep,

welcome openscreen...you won't like this but I think you're in the group that needs to stop completely....

I had (and still do to a point) a fear of not sleeping which used to be a big reason for me overdoing it...or a justification....

well done on the 4 AF days...I hope you feel better..you really can do this if you want to.

    take care everyone!

    hi to all!!!:hello:

    bis
For what I've done...I start again...And whatever pain may come ...Today this ends... I'm forgiving what I've done -AF since June 2007

    Hello all

Jo astronomy - I will use your lovely information to impress my OH -he has a real interest and a telescope too :) so he'll think I am really in the know saying about Mars. Joy up here is such clear skies at night :)

40 SM - nae wurkin tae hard hen, dinnae fash yer sel. The bairns are causin' a reicht stremash doon in the lobby ower a futba which wone of them lobbed ower the wa. I huv tae say I am black affronted at their behavyur. After deenner, (we're haying ingion soop and ingion bridies we chups) - am gonna chuck the bairns oot the hoose in tae the closey tae make a reicht racket oot thare. I dinnae gang care whit the neebours think cos - I''l tell y this hen - thur bairns mak a reicht racket tae.

My waashin is oot on the line and ma brother is oot in the gairdan daeing some gairdenning wurk.

As I don't havve a scottish accent - this was very hard for me!!!!!!! Brought up as a forces child - I have no real accent at all :).................... But 40sm I have tried my best!!!!

Its not just me who gets scared on other boards then - I had someone rather snottily telling me one time that I had no idea what I was talking about and a certain plant was absolutely NOT what I thought it was. I felt hugely embarrassed and I wanted to say,............ UM Hello - I am not wrong (I actually wanted to shout - see all this debt mate - its from studying flowers - I do know what it is!!!!!!!!!!) - but then thought - whats the point? I hastily retreated - I don't liek stepping on folks toes and I don't think there is any need to talk down to someone. On saying that however I did get lots of lovely advice about how many 'tinned equivalents' of tomatoes to grow :) so there are lots of lovely folk out there :)

Sometimes (I have voiced this before) I think (the occasional) folk forget how much they know (especially gardeners because its so much a learning process that takes a long time) and how stupid sometimes we feel asking stuff we dont know. If I wanted to knit I wouldnt try and grow the wool myself, shear it spin it and then use it. So when gardeners batter on constantly about always having to grow things by seed it gets on my nerves, especially when folks are learning. Its all about having a go at a level you feel comfortable with. (whoops rant over)

I have asked everyone on here a series of questions and never felt stupid once for asking. I think I will stick here as well :)

Why did I imagine for a second that there wouldnt be choklit involved in your garden?
Fay looks to the book on the shelf which as lots of 'choklit' type themed plants in it.
