Wah. All that hard work at the start of the year. Getting down from 19 stone odd, to 17 stone 7.
I'm back to 19 stone again.
I'm going to have the word 'Loser' tattoed on my forehead, dress in sackcloth, beat myself with birchleaves, and then ask very humbly if I can join the gang again...0 -

Wish I could, my office manager is here all the time and keeps having a nosy at what I'm doing. I can't do it at home as I don't have word.
Does anyone know if I do it in Open Office it will open properly in word here at work??
Jo - Openoffice documents can be saved to Word format. And Word documents can be opened by MS word. Occasionally they may require 'a tweak' but generally if saved in the right format should change over ok.Embrace your inner Hillbilly

Sorry about the scales MP, I sometimes find when I have lost a bit of weight in the past that it sort of catches up sometimes the following week...I bet you will have a not so strict week now and find you have lost next weigh in.....;)
40sm I am so feeling in the mindset you are in today...I am going to try to give up completely for a while so I will join you  (lime and soda cheers)...My girls have been great today, they are at the moment sitting on the sofa eating lunch (I usually make them sit at the table but am in relaxed mode today) and watching telly quietly and they have actually been really good today so far, so I can't complain......can't wait to get to bed tonight though...willing the day to move faster lol
I have got a meeting tomorrow about the volunteer work for age concern, I really hope I can do something with it that will give me some good experience for when I apply for work...I just don't want to go back to working in an office - did it for years and I want to do something different now...
Hi Greypilgrim, I don't know you from last time, sorry to hear about the weight, but todays a new day and new start as they say ...good luck x
Jo, that other job sounds great and you sound in such good spirits you are definitely inspiring me xx

 again to GreyPilgrim. I hope you get back on track. I weighed myself and I have gained back 3lbs :doh:so I know your pain. I'm going to wait and put my June weightloss at the end of the month.
I'm fed up with everything today.
I feel like buying chocolate and beer but I won't (hopefully.)

Hiya GP, you put the weight back on on purpose so you could come back into the fold
:D:D:D welcome back
xx
Just realised bout that other job, it's a 'proper' job, ie all year rather than a school job so no holidays, so I won't bother.
Right gotta go, manager has left for lunch so going to update the CV quick

Cheers! Hope you're doing ok 115.
I bought a bike a couple of weeks ago - decided to use it as much as possible instead of the car. Did some serious distances (for a beginner anyway) and I WAS ABSOLUTELY LOVING IT!...
Until this happened
It's a conspiracy I tells ya.

:hello:Hi GP, good to see you back (even if there is more of you than when we last met). Is all weight gain down to booze d'you think?
Jo, get on with that CV and I'm amazed that your school is not offering soft drinks at the 'do', what about drivers? I think they're being highly irresponsible.
Cheer up 115K - perhaps you could compromise and just have choccy. You'll probably feel even worse if you cave in to temptation!
Hope you're all haveing a happy day! Be back later.0 -
I just can't seem to stop myself grazing all day when I am at home..was meant to really try today to not eat so much but I have had cereal, toast, sandwich, (so far so good) then this afternoon, 3 custard creams, an oat cake, a chunk of the raspberry pavlova leftover from yesterday, a mini pack of cadbury animals a banana and an apple  I am such a piggie
I am feeling delicate today though after last night, so that has definitely made it worse...dh has bought me a double decker home from work (I am adicted to them) so will have my dinner then save that till this evening as a treat as i bet the bells will toll for me later (even though I feel rough)
Stay strong all xxJun GC £250.00/£12.40 NSD 3 / 30
