    Evening everyone,

Firstly - Budgie, have a great relaxing break in lovely Scotland - wish I was up there too for a holiday! Hope you can relax and get away from all the stress at home

Secondly Budgie, things have settled down a lot and me and OH have opened up communication channels again and things are back on track and good. Just goes to show how things were at a point of no return and now are better than they have been for 3+ years as a result of explaining to each other why we are like we are.

Thirdly, I had 2 bottles of beer last night with my tea that was a bit of a disaster so I am on 18/21 meaning I am 3 days lower than my target however that is fine as it will probably be the most AFD I have had for ages if I am AF this week too.

Will re check the target again for July and decide what to go for.

Just off to read back and see how everyone has been today. What a shame about the GP, I was hoping for a Brawn win, still looked like the crowd had a great time!

Budgie - have a lovely, relaxing time. We will all miss you.

FUAS - I'm REALLY pleased for you. You sound so much happier, you obviously really love your OH. Good luck to you both.

I hope everybody else is well and happy. xx

    Morning all

Had a really vivid dream last night that I was at a work do and one of my colleagues walked up to me with a drink and shoved it in my hand but I told him I don't drink anymore, he took it back begrudgingly and I can remember almost wiping the sweat from my brow after as it felt like a really difficult situation. It was so real! Then a bit later on I picked up a drink that I thought was mine (don't know what it was I was drinking, but it was a soft drink) and I took a sip, it tasted like red bull but had alcohol in it, I could feel it on my lips and I was so disappointed that I'd spoiled my AF'ness. I feel exhausted now cos I don't feel like I've slept :rotfl:

Gotta run, late for work

    xx
