Just settling down after a very busy day with a glass of Raspberry Ripple pop from Morrisons.Makes a change from sparkly water and lime.

Well done to all abstaining or cutting down.Everyone seems to be doing really well.

Have a great break BB, you deserve it- loved shuey on top gear!!! Cheered me up after Jensens race today.
