115K, how ever have you managed to lose weight and drink?? Do tell.

I've been having lots of veggies and salads and not much sugary stuff (apart from alcohol.:o) I've started walking at a fast pace when I'm out and not rambling along at a snail's pace like I used to stopping to stroke neighbourhood cats and look at squirrels etc.:rotfl:

• Sorry I disappeared for a day so early on in our relationship ;):D

I find that things are more hectic when I'm not working. I usually plan too many social gatherings with the two boys because I hate being stuck in the house. But of course I then have to run around like a headless chicken.

Had a doctors appointment this PM, just to get my prescription for the pill. But he said my blood pressure was a bit too high  Bit of a worry considering I'm only 35. I talked him around saying I had been rushing around all day and the kids were stressing me out!

It's 9pm, so off to watch the conclusion of Occupation. Seemed to have missed Celebrity Masterchef....again! Wine calling, but it is my usual time. Better than 6pm I suppose.

Will catch up better tomorrow X
Need to start again :o

An old lady was standing at the railing of the cruise ship holding her hat on tightly so that it would not blow off in the wind. A gentleman approached her and said, "Pardon me, madam. I do not intend to be forward, but did you know that your dress is blowing up in this high wind?"
"Yes, I know," said the lady, "I need both hands to hold onto this hat."
"But, madam, you must know that your privates are exposed!" said the gentleman in earnest.

Hello everyone,
Confession time, I've not read the 50 pages i've missed and prob won't do, but i've read about the last ten to catch up:j
Another AFD today so that's 15 AFD's so far. The bell's aren't calling for tonight but are for tomorrow? I'm going camping and love just sitting down reading my book and having a glass of wine (or bottle:o) but i'll tackle tomorrow when it comes. I think i'll take my running stuff and force a run out of my body that should help tire me out. I might take a nice bottle of something for a treat, any suggestions? Non - alcoholic i mean.
Hope everyone's playing nicely tonight :A

I have just had a serious blonde/senior moment, was reading annberlins post and when she said 'her part of the world' I looked at here info and noticed she lives in berlin....sooooo ann berlin....Now for some reason I had been thinking something entirely different 'ann boleyn' as in Henry viii wife....:rotfl::rotfl: probably not funny to anyone else one bit, but I can't believe I was thinking it all day and nearly put a comment something like I might call you Jane Seymour or something :o:o

Am going for a meeting on Tuesday at Age Concern to see if I can get a few hours volutary there working with people with early dementia (they have been looking for people) but think they might keep me in!!!
