Been on MSE for a while and sort of scoped through this post but never had the courage to post.....Finally realised I am drinking far too much. I can list loads of reasons why I drink but they are all rubbish, seem believable when I have a glass of wine in my hand but I am so fed up of waking up in the morning annoyed at myself. I dont drink in the day but cant seem to leave it alone at night. I have a stressful job but I'm not a doctor or in charge of life and death and at least I have a job!! One that I enjoy for the most part. Just wish I had the balls to say no at the night time. Thanks for letting me have a moan J x
Hey there hello well done on being brave I think it took me 6 months to post on here:o (and Sparky - always room for a little one )
Also- tis the night time when the wine bells clang the most for me.
Tonight I drowned them in the bath with lavender bubbles and put on my Pj's (again) and locked my purse at work (again).
Nice to see you and hello to all about just now.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
