Oh well, must get on. I can't hear any wine bells tonight, but then it's only Tuesday and they don't normally start until Weds.

I hope all those that are hearing the bells tonight ride the waves, I have been struggling tonight but it makes no difference I've decided cos I couldn't have any anyway with the tablets I'm on, so I've gotta either put up or shut up :undecided

had a bizarre blast from the past yesterday as I'd clearly overdone something (probably coffee) and felt absolutely dreadful - and walking into work this morning was just like it used to be - head full of gunk, spinning, poor focus, nausea.....how on earth did I function?

still feel rough now but the pain I had yesterday in my stomach was indescribable....and yet I willed it away and reflected on how regularly I used to make myself feel rough

Sorry to hear you were feeling so rough Bis :(

I've been feeling rough for the last few days but was slightly pleased with myself as well as it wasn't self inflicted :D

I hope you feel better soon xxx
