I took the dog a walk with my radio and listened to some old songs from a soppy channel and sat and had a weep outside my dads old house in the middle of the woods!

Dear Lurky how's it going matey? Have you managed any running today? Or are you just building yourself up for it. I know preperation is the key and all that :rotfl: Still you could always plant some runner beans, (that would count ;)). Btw how is your garden growing? You mentioned in some earlier posts that you were going to do some gardening, how has that gone? Hope your Sunday is as fab as you :) Take care and stay lucky. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Not two days on the trot, Budgie!!! I did manage to run 5k yesterday (I can provide a link as proof if needed ;)) and may do the same tomorrow :o

Garden is going ok. Got most of the 'black' pegged down to stop it turning in to a jungle. Got most of the veggies planted... sweetcorn, carrots, onions and..... summat else (I'll remember when I dig them up :rotfl:)

Slow cooked lamb has been... slow cooking all afternoon

    Hope you're having a fabby Sunday :D

Hi all- hope you are all OK- Budgie, ANOTHER Brawn win!!!!

Jo- as far as I am aware a simple blood test screens for all sorts of things- including liver function, so I suspect OH's blood test picked up exactly the same as a LFT?

If you know your liver function test results from a blood test you can check if you are in the normal range here, look away if you'd rather stay blissfully ignorant!!!
