I am AF tonight. I don't even feel like drinking anyway. So that is 2 days AF so far this month. Better than just 1 day I guess.;)

I have to weigh myself tomorrow to see if I lost any more than the 2 lbs this week.

What a miserable day it's been.Rain and wind all day.

Had an AF beer, didn't help so now I'm on the orange squash :mad:

Duck's in the oven, roasties are cooking, cauli and broc is ready to go on and even that hasn't cheered me up :mad: :mad: :mad:

Re: the potato peeler it will turn up somewbere along the way? I have lost my tin opener :eek: and I am having to struggle with a thing out of the ark. (Bet they had better than I've got, back in the day).

I have been noseying on your gardening thread and I have to say you are making fab progress. Could you not nip out before: The Apprentice and wrestle a bramble or two? Just think you are strangling someone you don't like, though not totally recommended it may help in the cirucmstances

Btw that nosey Ym has been having a shifty too, and he calls me a nosey parker, pot / kettle and all that. :rotfl:

Can't do the gardening cos it's pee'ing down out there, and even I'm not that nuts

Nicked one of the kids chicken goujon things whilst dishing up theirs and I was very hungry so had some of their chips too Cheered up slightly now, just slightly, maybe it's the HALT thing I need to take more notice of. I was definately hungry, very very angry :mad:, not lonely in fact the opposite and am very tired with the medication I'm on.

So must try to stay awake until the duck is cooked and the apprentice is over!
