S**D the work I need to have some fun in my life - so that's how I am changing the things I am doing to make me think hurray I can go outside.

Morning everyone :hello:
Cloudy, not hot and sunny here today, which is great for being motivated to work rather than wanting to be outside, and great for my DD3 doing Y8 exams, and DD2 doing GCSE French listening test. And less inclined to hear the wine bells clanging later. :T
There's going to be a Frontiers programme on Radio 4 on Monday at 9pm all about alcohol, it's effects on the body/mind etc, speaking to lots of experts - I'll definitely try to listen to that or get it on i-player later.
Best of luck to Jo - I'm sure you'll be OK, I think you are too young to have any permanent ill effects yet.
Must get on and do some work ...

For those interested, I bought some Tesco own 'berocca-style' effervescent tablets yesterday and tried one this morning. They appear to have all the same ingredients and taste very similar, not quite as strong but quite nice and only cost a quid I thinkDFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0

I'll have a look at those - Berocca are great but at over £4 for 15 tablets they're a bit pricey!!
