Keep up the good work.
Thank you BB and everyone for the well wishes for my little lad . He is dosed up with antihistamines(sp) and nose drops (which he hates) and is on the mend . With a bit of luck I'll be able to go to work tomorrow and earn some money.
Sweet Dreams everyone

Welcome back GC. Hope you're not too jet-lagged.
A HUGE thanks for all the kind and helpful words after my wobble last night. Feeling much better today - went for a long walk with a friend tonight, much better than sitting in with a bottle.
The hangover this morning was horrendous - there's no way I want to feel like that again anytime soon. Soooooooooooooooooo...consulting calendar...40SM could you put me down for a target of 16 days this month please?
That should be an achievable increase on last month. Also, want to be 100% unhangovered for the rest of the month.
Muchas gracias (wanted to write something in Japanese to celebrate GC's return from Tokyo but this is the limit of my linguistic ability!).

Lots of positiveness on here tonight so onwards and upwards!
Tonight I have been drinking large slimline tonics with masses of ice and slice and no it doesn't taste like a G&T but it got me through!

I'd like to try that AF Pimms but I need to do the maths and work out how much balsamic for a glass. I don't want to make a jug in case I don't like it. Thanks for the tip
Hope your results come out OK jo, really not fair having to wait.
I won't be AF tomorrow as having a day out with OH sightseeing then dinner then Oliver with Rowan Atkinson.
